What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20,000 units per design for most paper cups and food containers. For cup sleeves, paper bags, and cup lids, MOQ starts at 10,000 units. For napkins and deli paper & wraps, MOQ is 30,000 units. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements — we work with buyers at different volume levels.
What sizes do your paper cups come in?
Our paper cups range from 2oz to 24oz. Cold cups (PET) are available from 7oz to 32oz, and PP cold cups from 12oz to 24oz. Cup sleeves fit cups from 12oz to 22oz. Custom sizes may be available — ask our team.
Can I get custom printed paper cups?
Yes. We offer up to 7-color flexographic printing on all paper cups, food containers, paper bags, and cup sleeves. You can provide your own artwork or work with our design team. Pre-production samples are produced before bulk printing begins.
What certifications do your products have?
CupsPak holds FSC®, ISO 9001, BRC, BSCI, SGS, GMP, and Flustix certifications. These cover forest management, food safety, quality management, social compliance, and plastic-free standards. Test reports and certificates are available on request.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 business days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush production may be available for certain products — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Do you offer samples before ordering?
Yes. We can send you existing stock samples at no charge — buyers only need to cover the shipping cost. If you need custom-printed samples made specifically to your design, custom sample fees apply. Fees vary depending on the product type (paper cups or PET cups) and the number of print colors. Contact us for a custom sample quote.
What coating options are available?
We offer three coating options: PE (traditional polyethylene), PLA (corn starch-based, industrially compostable), and Aqueous (water-based, paper-recyclable). All coatings are PFAS-free, verified by independent 106-substance laboratory testing — test reports available on request. Our team can help you choose the right option for your market and sustainability goals.
