Deli Paper

Custom deli paper is food-grade wrapping paper printed with your brand's logo, pattern, or design. It is used to wrap sandwiches, burgers, and deli items. Custom printed deli paper turns every wrapped item into a branded touchpoint for your restaurant or food business.

CupsPak supplies three main types: dry wax deli paper (grease-resistant, semi-translucent), custom printed deli paper (full-color or single-color brand printing on white or kraft paper), and interfolded deli paper sheets (pop-up dispenser format for high-volume delis and sandwich counters).

Standard sizes include 12×12 inch, 12×10.75 inch, 15×15 inch, and 10×10.75 inch. Custom sizes are available on request. We can also supply deli paper rolls for wrapping stations.

Yes. We supply deli paper in both white and natural kraft brown. Custom printed designs can be applied to either base color. Dry wax paper is available in white.

Dry wax deli paper has a light wax coating that provides grease resistance and a slight translucency — ideal for wrapping sandwiches and deli meats. Unwaxed deli paper (also called deli tissue or deli wrap) is plain paper without a wax coating, used for lining baskets, trays, and display cases.

No — three different tools. Deli paper is for cold-to-warm food contact: wrapping, lining, and interleaving, with dry wax versions adding grease resistance. Parchment paper is silicone-treated and heat-stable to roughly 220°C, which makes it the oven liner — at roughly 2–3× the cost per sheet. Traditional wax paper carries a heavier wax coating that melts under heat, so it stays away from the grill line. If food is served on the sheet rather than cooked on it, deli paper is the economical answer.

Yes. Interfolded deli paper sheets are designed for pop-up dispensers used in high-volume sandwich shops, delis, and food service operations. Each sheet pops up as the previous one is pulled, enabling one-handed dispensing. Available in standard sizes to fit most commercial dispensers.

In practice, yes — custom sandwich paper, sandwich wrap paper, and deli paper all describe the same food-grade sheet, and buyers use the terms interchangeably depending on what they wrap. If you are wrapping subs, hoagies, burgers, or wraps, the product you want is the same one on this page. The only choice that matters is the format: dry wax if grease is the problem, plain if you are lining baskets, interfolded if a dispenser is on the counter.

Yes — restaurants, sandwich shops, burger chains, food trucks, and commercial caterers are the main buyers of custom printed deli paper. For a single location the usual route is one design across every size you use, so the 30,000-sheet minimum is spread over a whole year of service. For multi-site chains we run per-location artwork on the same order when the volumes support it. Tell us your site count and monthly usage and we will lay out the sensible split.

It depends on sheet size, base paper, and how many colours the artwork needs, so we quote per project rather than publish a rate. What we can tell you is where the money goes: the print plates are a one-off, so the per-sheet price drops sharply between 30,000 and 100,000 sheets, and a one-colour logo on kraft is materially cheaper than a full-bleed pattern. If you are trying to get the cost down, tell us your budget per sheet and we will tell you honestly which of those levers gets you there.

Yes, and it usually makes sense to. Deli paper is one of several branded wraps we supply — the same artwork can run on greaseproof wrap, basket liners, and coffee wrap paper, and consolidating them into one order means one artwork approval, one production window, and one shipment. If you already buy cups or bags from us, adding wrap to an existing order avoids a second freight cost.
