The most common café range is 4 oz (espresso), 8 oz (flat white / cappuccino), 12 oz (latte), and 16 oz (large latte / iced coffee). We recommend starting with 8 oz and 12 oz if you're ordering for the first time, then adding sizes once you know your volume split. All sizes can carry the same print design.

Yes. We adapt your artwork to each cup size as part of the setup process. You approve a print proof for each size before production. There is no additional artwork fee for adapting the same design across sizes.

PLA-coated cups use a plant-based bioplastic lining instead of conventional PE. They are compostable in industrial composting facilities, but PLA is still a plastic, so it does not remove the plastic content. Aqueous-coated cups use a water-based barrier applied directly to the board, so there is no plastic film to separate and the cup is more widely recyclable in standard paper recycling streams. Neither is plastic-free: both carry polymer content, and EU orders still require the single-use plastics marking. We recommend aqueous coating if your priority is recyclability; PLA if your priority is compostability claims.

Yes. We provide free samples of standard (unbranded) cups — you cover the courier cost. For custom branded cups, we produce a pre-production sample with your artwork for approval before mass production begins. Standard samples are shipped within 7 days; branded pre-production samples within 10–15 days.

MOQ is 20,000 pieces per item (size + design combination). For a café ordering three sizes with the same design, that's 20,000 pieces per size — 60,000 pieces total. We don't require a minimum spend across your full order.

Yes. We supply lids (dome, flat, sipper) and cup sleeves that fit our cup diameters. Sleeves can be custom printed to match your cup design. We can consolidate cups, lids, and sleeves into a single shipment.

We provide food-contact supplier declarations (FDA 21 CFR for US-bound orders, LFGB test reports for Germany/DACH on request), FSC chain-of-custody certificates, and material safety data. These are useful for retail listings, sustainability reporting, and council procurement requirements.

For orders of 20,000–60,000 pieces, we typically ship by sea freight in a shared container (LCL) or by air for urgent orders. We arrange freight under your preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and provide full shipping documentation. Delivery to most markets takes 20–35 days by sea.
