Send your logo, brand colours, and design brief. Our team reviews your files and provides a dieline template within 24 hours.
Artwork Approval
We produce a digital proof for your review. Revisions are included. Once approved, we proceed to plate-making or digital setup.
Pre-Production Sample
A physical sample is produced before bulk printing begins. You approve the sample before we commit to full production.
Bulk Production & Delivery
Production runs 15–25 business days after sample approval. We coordinate shipping to your warehouse or freight forwarder worldwide.

What file formats do you accept for custom printing?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG files. Artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI minimum, with all fonts outlined and colours specified in Pantone or CMYK. Our design team can assist with file preparation at no extra charge.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed cups?
Our standard MOQ for custom printed paper cups is 20,000 pcs per design. For cup sleeves and paper bags, MOQ starts at 10,000 pcs. Contact us if your volume is lower — we may be able to accommodate smaller runs for certain products.
Can you match my exact brand colours?
Yes. We offer Pantone spot colour matching on flexographic and offset print runs. For digital print proofing, colours are close but may vary slightly from bulk production. We recommend approving a physical pre-production sample before committing to bulk.
How many colours can you print?
Flexographic printing supports up to 7 colours per run, including full-wrap 360° coverage. Offset printing supports CMYK (4-colour process) plus additional Pantone spot colours. Digital printing is full-colour with no colour limit.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create artwork from your brief, adapt existing brand guidelines to our dieline templates, or refine supplied artwork. Design support is included for standard orders — complex custom design work may be quoted separately.
What is the lead time for custom printed orders?
Standard lead time is 15–25 business days after artwork approval and deposit payment. This includes plate-making, pre-production sampling, and bulk production. Rush production may be available for certain products — contact us to discuss your timeline.
