What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we manufacture a product to your exact specifications — you provide the design, we produce it. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we develop a new product concept to your brief, which you then brand as your own. Both options are available across our full product range.
Can I put my logo on any of your products?
Yes. Custom branding is available across our full range — paper cups, cold cups, food containers, paper bags, cup sleeves, lids, and straws. Minimum order quantities vary by product, starting from 10,000 pcs/size for sleeves and 20,000 pcs for cups.
Do you sign NDAs for private label projects?
Yes. We routinely sign non-disclosure agreements for private label and OEM projects. Your artwork, design files, and product specifications remain exclusively yours and will never be shared with or used for any other customer.
Can I order a sample before committing to bulk production?
Yes. We strongly recommend requesting a physical sample before placing a bulk order. Sample lead time is 7–15 business days. Sample fees apply — see our Sample Request page for details.
What is the minimum order quantity for private label?
MOQ starts at 20,000 pcs for paper cups and 10,000 pcs for sleeves and bags. For cold cups with IML printing, MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Contact us if your volume is lower — we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs for new customers.
Can you help with product development if I don't have a design?
Yes. Our ODM service covers full product development — from concept and material selection to artwork creation and production. Share your brief and target market, and our team will develop a product proposal for your review.
