Inquiry & quote
Send us your requirements — product type, sizes, quantities, and any custom printing details. Your account manager replies with a clear quote and product recommendations within one business day.
Sample approval
Quality gateWe send free samples of standard items (you cover courier), or produce a pre-production sample for custom designs. Mass production begins only after your written sign-off.
Order confirmation & deposit
We issue a proforma invoice with all specs, quantities, pricing, and lead time confirmed. A deposit secures your production slot — no hidden costs, everything in writing.
Production
Your order enters production. In-process inspection runs throughout the run — checking print registration, dimensions, and seal integrity against the approved sample.
Pre-shipment inspection
Verified before shipAQL-based inspection on finished goods. Leakage test with hot liquid at 90°C+. Inspection photos sent to you before the container loads. You can also send your own inspector.
Shipping & documentation
We arrange sea or air freight under your preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP). Full shipping and customs documents — including declarations of compliance and test reports — are provided.
