Which sample do you need?
Stock Sample
An unprinted sample from our existing stock. Best for evaluating material quality, wall thickness, coating, and structural integrity before committing to a custom order.
Custom Printed Sample
A sample produced with your artwork and brand colours. Allows you to evaluate print quality, colour accuracy, and finished appearance before bulk production.
Custom Mould Sample
A sample produced using a custom mould for non-standard sizes or shapes. Required when your specification falls outside our standard size range. Mould cost and timeline vary — contact us to discuss.

Our team reviews your request and confirms sample availability, fee (if applicable), and lead time within 1 business day.
Approve & Pay
For custom printed samples, we send a digital proof for your approval before production. Sample fee is invoiced at this stage.
Sample Shipped
Your sample is shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with tracking. Shipping cost is invoiced separately at actual cost.

How much does a custom printed sample cost?
For paper cups, food containers, and paper bags, the standard sample fee is USD 158 per colour (using our standard moulds). For example, a 4-colour design costs USD 158 × 4 = USD 632. For plastic cups (PET/PP), the fee is USD 50 per colour. These fees cover plate-making or digital setup for the sample run. If you require a custom mould (non-standard size or shape), please contact us — tooling costs vary by product.
Can I get a free sample?
Yes — stock samples (unprinted) are available free of charge. You only pay the shipping cost. Custom printed samples require a sample fee to cover plate-making or digital setup. Sample fees are not refundable but may be credited toward your first bulk order in some cases — ask your account manager.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Stock samples ship within 3–5 business days. Custom printed samples take 7–15 business days from artwork approval to shipment. Custom mould samples take longer — contact us for a timeline based on your specific requirements.
Can I request samples of multiple products at once?
Yes. You can request samples of multiple products in a single submission. Each product type and colour count is quoted separately. We'll consolidate all samples into a single shipment where possible to minimise your shipping cost.
Do sample fees apply toward my bulk order?
Sample fees are not automatically deducted from bulk order invoices. However, for customers placing their first bulk order, we may offer a credit — ask your account manager when you're ready to proceed.
What information do I need to provide for a custom printed sample?
Please provide: (1) product type and size, (2) estimated bulk order quantity, (3) artwork files (AI, PDF, or EPS at 300 DPI minimum), (4) Pantone or CMYK colour references, and (5) your shipping address. If you don't have final artwork, our design team can prepare a proof from your brief.
